We have enhanced the Learner Reference Number (formerly L03) Change Process for 2011/12.
The enhanced process must be used by providers to advise the Data Service of :
(i) any learners transferred in to a provider from 01 August 2011 as a result of the changes to Minimum Contract Levels (MCL) and
(ii) any changes to Learner Reference Numbers submitted in 2011/12 ILR returns.
In order for Learner Reference Number changes to be included in the R11 2011/12 in-year success rates reporting for Apprenticeships and Workplace Learning, the data spreadsheet detailing these changes must be submitted to the Data Service no later than Friday 08 June 2012.
