2012/13 LRN Change process

The Learner Reference Number (LRN) Change process must be used by providers to advise the Data Service of: 

• any changes to Learner Reference Numbers in the Return 10 2012/13 ILR return. These must be submitted by 6 June 2013.
• any changes to Learner Reference Numbers submitted in previous 2012/13 ILR returns.
