Purpose
2 The period denotes the most recent month of data included in the dataset. Please note that this is only relevant to WBL and ESF SR.

Detailed definition
5 For WBL and ESF SR there are 12 collections per year, the Period field identifies the most recent month of data included in the dataset.
6 Note that this means previous period’s data are also included, for example, a dataset with a period value of 8 (PERIOD=8) would have data for periods 1 to 8 inclusive.
