5 Delivery Location Postcode (A23) is matched to the postcode file for that year to obtain the LSC Office (A_DPLLSC), the region (A_DPREG), the Loacal Authority (A_DPLA) and the three local authority ward fields A_DPWARD, A_DPWAR01 and A_DPWAR03, that the delivery location is based in.
