Detailed definition
5 The learner in learning programme type is calculated by looking at all the programmes that were in learning in that period, and assigning the value of the highest programme type to the learner. Where there are two aims that are the same level, but different programme types, e.g. AA and NVQ level 3, then priority is given to firstly frameworks, and then those that are WBL funded.
