Detailed definition
5 The Full Level 2 Entitlement of an Aim (A_LEVEL2E) is derived by looking at Reason for Partial or Full Non Payment of Fees (A14). If the value entered is Fees Waived – Level 2 Entitlement (A14=22), then Full Level 2 Entitlement of the Aim (A_LEVEL2E) is 1. Note that A_LEVEL2E is a temporary variable.
6 For Full Level 2 Entitlement of the Learner, if any of the learners’ aims has Full Level 2 Entitlement of Aim (A_LEVEL2E) flagged as 1, then Full Level 2 Entitlement of Learner (L_LEVEL2E) is also flagged as 1.
7 Please note that for Full Level 2 Entitlement of Learner (L_LEVEL2E), aims are not taken into consideration if they are not included for analytical purposes (using A_LIVE_B).
