Detailed definition

5 Where learners are part time (L_MODE_B>1) and their Additional Support Cost (L31) is greater than 170, they are eligible for additional support (L_ADDSUP=1).

6 Where learners are full time (L_MODE_B=1) and their Additional Support Cost (L31) is greater than 501 then they are eligible for additional support (L_ADDSUP=1).

7 Note that this is for statistical purposes only. A learner may have a value in Additional Support Cost (L31) that is greater than the above figures and still not be eligible for Additional Support funding through the FE funding calculation.
