Strategic Reporting Platform (SRP) Definition
DEFINITION
1. The Strategic Reporting Platform (SRP) is a corporate reporting tool used to generate SQL reports based on the Individualised Learner Record (ILR).
DESCRIPTION
2. The SRP was developed as a response to the 2005 Agenda for Change document, which highlighted a need for a more consistent and integrated approach to Management Information.
3. It aims to simplify the processes involved with data reporting by using a consistent set of rules on a platform that is equally accessible at national, regional and partnership level.
4. The SRP will replace Crystal and SPSS as the main reporting tool used for data analysis.
