Institution Lookup Table

1 This table provides institution and LSC office details by provider number.

Purpose

2 This is primarily used in producing FE Success Rates in order to place information about the institution and associated LSC office into the aims and demographics master files.

4 This lookup table is produced by an export from the Provider Information Management System (PIMS) into SPSS format with adjustments made for handling mergers between providers.
