07/01/2010: SQL examples added

The 2009/10 Derived Variables pages have been updated to include SQL examples to accompany the existing SPSS code examples. The Derived Variable pages are found in the Technical Definations section.


14/09/2009: Business Definitions added
The Age business definitions have been updated to include the age definitions used by the Learner Responsive success rates.
New business definitions have been added for the Response to Redundancy Pre-Employment Training Programme and Training Offer for those Unemployed for 6 months.

 
06/08/2009: Data for 2009/10

The Data Dictionary has been updated.
A new '2009/10' section has been added. The Technical Definitions and the Datasets area has been updated to include new and amended derived variables for 2009/10.

04/02/2009: Data Standards Area
The Data Standards area is now live. As well as sections about missing values, backfill and metadata, the Data Standards area includes variable naming conventions, a downloadable list of all variable names and labels for reference.

25/11/08: Data Definitions for Previous Years
The location of the data definitions in the Data Dictionary for previous years has changed, as the server directory has been decommissioned by E-Comms. For users accessing this information via the Data Dictionary, there will appear to be no change. However, if users had links or bookmarks to individual definitions, these will need to be updated. An index of the relevant files is available for convenience.
