DEFINITION

1. Highest Qualification Level classifies the level of the learner's highest qualification and is based on the highest notional NVQ level of their Learner Responsive, University for Industry (UfI) and Adult Safeguarded Learning aims in the relevant academic year.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

2. The values are based on the Qualification and Curriculum Authority's National Qualification Framework and are known as the Notional NVQ Level.

3. Possible values are -

  • Level 1 and entry
  • Level 2
  • Level 3
  • Level 4, 5 or higher
  • Other
