Completeness Standards and Data Quality Dashboards
Data Quality Dashboards are interactive Excel workbooks populated with provider and national data, and which can be used by the Provider to chart or graph the standard of their ILR return against information authority completeness standards.
The dashboards can be configured to show data quality performance against regional and national averages, and against similar learning and training provider types. Provider-specified ILR fields can be used to detail the data quality performance of the provider's sub-organisation (for example, region or department).
The dashboards are supported by aim-level information to aid data cleansing.
The dashboards are available for all ILR return types. They can be downloaded by Providers and Skills Funding Agency managers from the Provider Data Quality Reports folder on the Provider Gateway's Document Exchange.
