Individualised Learner Record Tools and Reports
Working in partnership with the information authority and the Skills Funding Agency, the Data Service provides a number of reports and tools aimed at the maintenance and quality improvement of ILR data.
The reports cover information authority data quality standards for Providers, compliance with funding and success rate reporting, and ULN verification.
Provider Software
Prior to submitting ILR returns, Providers can use Learner Information Suite software (LIS) to generate funding and rule violation reports on their data submissions. ULN Verification reports are available within the LIS software.
The Data Self Assessment Toolkit (DSAT) can be used to test the integrity of ILR data and to prepare for funding and success rates audit.
Data Collections Reports
Providers submitting returns by batch method through the On-line Data Collections portal can download post-return funding and rule violations reports.
Provider Gateway
Providers have access to a number of data quality reports from the Provider Data Quality Reports folder on the Provider Gateway's Document Exchange.
Data Quality Dashboards can be used to assess achievement and progress against completeness and timeliness data standards.
Credibility Reports will available shortly for checking the credibility and validity of ILR returns.
