The Data Service’s Service Desk includes a team dedicated to supporting providers in the improvement and maintenance of their Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data returns. 

Working with the information authority, the team is responsible for maintaining progress reports on Provider achievement and progress on information authority data quality standards.
