Learner Information Suite 19.02 software
Overview
The Learner Information Suite (LIS) v19.02 is a software application made available to Providers to assist in preparation of single Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data. It will process 2011/12 single ILR data and contain functionality for single ILR Validation, funding calculations and reports.
This updated release of LIS v19.02 (19.02.015) contains a fix to an defect in version 19.02.014 which caused Adult Learner Responsive funding to be miscalculated. This is covered in the Known Issues document as item 3.35.
Please note:
- We strongly advise users of LIS v19.02.015 to download and read the Release Guide before using the software.
- LIS 19.02.014 must be uninstalled before attempting to install LIS 19.02.015 Do this using the option in the Start Menu/All Programs/LIS 19.02 or using Control Panels/Add-Remove Programs. If 19.02.015 is installed over 19.02.014 the application may not function correctly.
- Ensure that you have and are using full administrator rights to the host PC when installing LIS 19.02 and run it with these rights for the first time to complete the installation.
