Data Self-Assessment Toolkit (DSAT)

The Data Self-Assessment Toolkit (DSAT) analyses data for both Employer Responsive (ER) and Learner Responsive (LR) data exported from the Learner Information Suite (LIS).  The DSAT produces reports on these data sets. The DSAT replaces the previously named Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques software (CaaTs).

The DSAT has been designed to:
  • assist funding auditors in the audit of colleges' final funding claims and ILR data, for colleges still undergoing the funding audit;
  • provide LR providers with a toolkit to enable them to perform their own analysis, whether or not the provider will receive a funding audit; and
  • provide ER providers with a toolkit to enable them to perform their own analysis, whether or not the provider will receive a funding audit.
