Deadline for notification of changes to Learner Reference Numbers – 08 June 2012
Providers are advised to act early to inform us of any duplicate or incorrect Learner Reference Numbers (LRN - formerly L03) in their R11 ILR return. The deadline for submitting any changes is 08 June 2012.
The process for submitting duplicate or incorrect LRNs has been modified to make it easier to do this and also supports providers in assuring the quality of their data in their ILR return by eliminating duplicate and incorrect learner reference numbers. If providers do not take action to correct these inaccuracies, the R11 2011/12 Apprenticeships and Workplace Learning in-year Qualification Success Rate (QSR) reports could be adversely affected.
Providers who need to notify us of any Learner Reference Number changes in their 2011/12 returns can download the LRN Change form and guidance on how to complete it, from our website. Correctly completed forms submitted by 08 June will be used us to account for these changes in the forthcoming Learner Responsive and Employer Responsive Qualification Success Rate, and Minimum Level of Performance
