LIS V19.02 and calculation of ALR funding
Following the release of the Learner Information Suite (LIS) V19.02 earlier this week, a bug relating to the calculation of Adult Learner Responsive funding has been identified.
Adult Learner Responsive funded learners are producing unexpected funding totals than expected in LIS V19.02. The calculation of funding for Adult Learner Responsive is incorrectly using 16-18 Learner Responsive Standard Learner Number values from the LARA lookup tables.
This problem has been identified in this latest version only and is restricted to LIS 19.02 funding calculation; it does not affect funding calculations in OLDC.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are currently working to rectify this with an updated release for LIS V19.02 and will issue further updates shortly.
