LR01 Returns


The information authority is issuing this advice to providers which have not yet sent a 2010/11 LR01 return which is due on Monday 6 December 2010.

 Please transmit your LR01 as soon as possible.

Providers should be aware that the information authority board agreed that ‘where a provider sends incomplete information by the hard close date then an agency or body would be at liberty to take this into account when making decisions’.
