Anticipated System outages for 8th, 9th & 17th July
Please be advised that as part of the software development lifecycle for Academic Year 2010/11, OLDC and iPOL will be unavailable from 09:00am on Thursday 8 July until 17:00pm on Saturday 10 July. Restoration of operational service will be dependant on a successful deployment of this software release. Please note if you need to access your Period 11 Exception and Summarisation reports you will have to do this by Wednesday 7 July or wait until the systems are back online on Saturday 10 July at 17:00pm. Any essential corrections or re-migration will be scheduled as necessary and subsequent communications regarding this will follow.
On Saturday 17 July between 08:00am and 12:00pm both Oracle and ISP SQL 2000 Clusters will be shutdown and restarted as part of on going infrastructure tests. The actual system outage will affect (DCWEB, PB, POL & POL Reporting, PFR, LAD and XPIMS).
