Service Desk opening hours:

Please note: We are open till 6pm on the day of an ILR return close date.

  • UPIN – VERY IMPORTANT
  • Description of the query/request
  • Your name
  • Company Name
  • Your telephone number

When are we closed? Our Service Desk is closed weekends, bank holidays and also for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. As the Data Service is co-located within the National Office of the Skills Funding Agency, any Agency-declared closures will be reflected in our Service Desk operating times.
