Question 1: What is response to redundancy?
Answer: This is a Government initiative to assist providers with learner who have been made redundant.

Question 2: Do we need to return by ILR or delivery statement?
Answer: For this academic year providers need to submit a delivery statement and the ILR for data purposes only.
However, it is the delivery statement which will drive the payment for the next 2 months. This is because there has been a new field added to the 09/10 ILR A68 which accounts for the Response to Redundancy which is not available on the 08/09 ILR form.

Question 3: What is the length of funding for Response to Redundancy?
Answer: The first submission is July 2009 on the fourth working day in the W11 return. The last submission is January 2011.

Question 4: Who is responsible for the Dossier Number allocation?
Answer: All dossier numbers are provided by the local or regional office

Question 5 : Can you confirm that we never need to use ZSPE001 as the learning aim for RtR activity?
Answer: Confirmed. ZSPE001 doe not need to be used.
