1. When will I be able to order/view my period 13 PFR for 08/09?

Question 1: When will I be able to order/view my period 13 PFR for 08/09?
Answer : The LSC will automatically produce a PFR for all providers following the period 13 close. Due to the volume these may not be available for a couple of days.

Question 2 : Why is a PFR not showing the day after it has been requested?
Answer : Contractually the LSC has 5 days to return a PFR , however usually these do come back the following day. Check when the PFR was requested. If it was requested on the last day of the period close the PFR will be under the next period collection.

Question 3 : Why are no payment figures for the current month showing on a PFR requested during the collection period?
Answer: The PFR cannot show payment figures until they have been generated on the 5 th working day. Request a new PFR after the 6 th working day of the new month to overcome this issue.

Question 4 : Why does a PFR shows a learner as 16+ when they are older?
Answer : This happens as the PFR reflects the Employer Responsive funding methodology where the age of learner on start of programme is used.
