Service Desk opening hours:

8.30am to 5.00pm     
Monday to Thursday 
8.30am to 4.00pm     Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm     Days when ILR returns are due
8.30am to 1.00pm     Christmas Eve

The Service Desk is closed weekends, bank holidays and for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. As the Data Service is co-located within the National Office of the Skills Funding Agency, any Agency-declared closures will be reflected in the Service Desk operating times.
