The Data Service holds data collected on behalf of the Chief Executive of Skills Funding (whose staff are commonly referred to as the Skills Funding Agency) and the Young People’s Learning Agency for England (“YPLA”). Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are entitled to request information held by the Data Service. Please be aware that much of the data that we handle is personal data, which might be exempt from disclosure under the Data Protection Act 1998. Therefore the Data Service publishes aggregated, de-personalised statistical data on a regular basis. For more information, please visit:
